An electronic press kit, or EPK, is your digital music press kit. It includes songs, videos, release details, your biography, press photos and downloads. Add this content to Release Wingman and your EPK is automatically assembled, ready to share with a link.
How personal are the promo emails?
You choose your email’s content and layout. Save a personal greeting and pitch preferences for each contact. When needed, write a custom message for individual recipients.
Can I send music promos from my own mailbox?
Yes. For manual sending, Release Wingman prepares a message for each contact with your pitch and an individual EPK link. Send it through your own email app, without saving any email credentials in Release Wingman.
Are press and media contacts included?
You add your own contacts individually, such as music journalists or radio editors. Release Wingman does not provide address lists or bulk imports.
What exactly does EPK tracking show?
See how often your contacts’ individual EPK links have been viewed. These are electronic press kit views, not email opens. A view does not guarantee coverage, a playlist placement or radio airplay.
